Data Deletion Request

We respect your right to control your data. This page explains how to request deletion of any data associated with the mobile game Marble Run, developed by The Sixth Hammer and published by Voodoo.

1. What data is associated with the Game

Marble Run does not require an account or login, and we do not directly collect personal information such as your name, email address, postal address, phone number, or user-generated content. The data associated with the Game is limited to information that may be collected automatically by third-party advertising and analytics services (for example, advertising identifiers, device and technical data, approximate location derived from IP address, and usage or diagnostic data), as described in our Privacy Policy.

2. How to submit a deletion request

To request deletion of data associated with the Game, email us at contact@thesixthhammer.com. To help us locate and process your request accurately, please include:

• The subject line "Data Deletion Request";
• The name of the game ("Marble Run");
• Your device type and operating system version (for example, the Android version), if known; and
• Where applicable, your advertising identifier (Google Advertising ID), which helps third-party services identify the data to delete.

Please do not include sensitive personal information in your email beyond what is necessary to process your request.

3. What happens after you submit a request

Once we receive your request, we will acknowledge it and take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify the relevant data, and—where the data is held by our publisher Voodoo or its advertising and analytics partners—forward your request to them so they can act on it in accordance with their own policies and applicable law. We aim to respond within the timeframe required by applicable law (generally within 30 days). We may need to verify your request before acting on it, and we may retain limited information where required or permitted by law (for example, to comply with legal obligations or prevent fraud).

4. Additional steps you can take

You can further limit and remove data on your own device at any time:

• Uninstall the Game: You can uninstall Marble Run from your device at any time, which stops any further collection of data through the Game.
• Reset or delete your advertising ID: On Android, go to Settings → Privacy → Ads (the exact path may vary by device) to reset or delete your advertising identifier and to opt out of ad personalization.
