Privacy Policy
Effective date: 25 June 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how The Sixth Hammer ("we", "us", or "our") handles information in connection with the mobile game Marble Run (the "Game"), available on Android and published by Voodoo. By downloading, installing, or using the Game, you acknowledge the practices described in this policy.
In short: Marble Run does not require an account, has no login, and we do not directly ask you for personal details such as your name, email, address, or phone number. However, to keep the Game free, we use third-party advertising and analytics services (including those required by our publisher, Voodoo) that may automatically collect certain device and usage information, including identifiers used for advertising.
1. Who we are
The Game is developed by The Sixth Hammer (the "Studio"), a studio established in the Republic of Bulgaria, and published by Voodoo. For the purposes of applicable data protection laws, the Studio and Voodoo may act as data controllers or processors with respect to data processed through the Game. Questions about this policy can be sent to contact@thesixthhammer.com.
2. Information we do not collect
The Game is designed to be played without an account. As such:
- The Game does not require account creation.
- The Game does not provide login functionality.
- The Game does not directly collect personal information such as your name, email address, postal address, phone number, or user-generated content.
3. Information collected automatically
Although we do not directly ask you for personal information, the third-party advertising, monetization, and analytics services integrated into the Game may automatically collect certain information from your device when you use the Game. Depending on the service and on your device settings and consent choices, this may include:
| Category | Examples |
|---|---|
| Device & technical data | Device model, operating system version, language, region, screen characteristics, network type, mobile carrier, and similar technical attributes. |
| Identifiers | Advertising identifier (e.g., Google Advertising ID / AAID), and other app or device identifiers used for advertising, analytics, and fraud prevention. |
| Approximate location | Coarse, non-precise location inferred from IP address or device region (we do not collect precise GPS location). |
| Usage & gameplay data | In-game events, levels reached, session length, features used, interactions with advertisements, and similar analytics data. |
| Diagnostic data | Crash logs, performance metrics, and error reports used to keep the Game stable. |
4. How information is used
Information collected through the Game may be used to:
- Operate, provide, and maintain the Game;
- Display advertisements, including personalized or contextual ads, and measure their performance;
- Understand how players use the Game through analytics, so we can improve gameplay and features;
- Monitor crashes and performance so we can fix bugs and improve stability;
- Detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, or technical issues; and
- Comply with legal obligations.
5. Advertising and third-party services
To keep the Game free, we rely on our publisher, Voodoo. Voodoo provides the SDK embedded in the Game that is used to serve and measure advertising, including personalized advertising where permitted, and to provide analytics, attribution, crash reporting, and performance monitoring. Voodoo processes data in accordance with its own privacy policy:
- Voodoo — https://www.voodoo.io/privacy
We encourage you to review Voodoo's privacy policy for details on how it processes data.
6. Your advertising choices
You can control advertising and tracking on your device:
- Reset or delete your advertising ID: On Android, go to Settings → Privacy → Ads (the exact path may vary by device) to reset or delete your advertising identifier and to opt out of ad personalization.
- Consent choices: Where required by law (for example, in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland), you will be presented with a consent request governing the use of your data for personalized advertising. You may change your choice as described in that request.
7. Legal bases for processing (EEA / UK)
If you are located in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or a region with similar laws, the processing described above relies on the following legal bases: your consent (for personalized advertising and non-essential analytics), our legitimate interests (for operating, securing, and improving the Game and for measuring non-personalized advertising), and compliance with legal obligations. You may withdraw consent at any time, which will not affect processing carried out before withdrawal.
8. Children's privacy
The Game is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided information through the Game, please contact us at contact@thesixthhammer.com and we will take appropriate steps to address it.
9. Data retention
We and our partners retain data only for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including providing the Game, serving and measuring advertising, performing analytics, and meeting legal requirements. Retention periods are determined by each third-party service in accordance with its own policy. Aggregated or de-identified data may be retained for longer.
10. International data transfers
Because our partners operate globally, information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than the one in which you live, including countries that may have different data protection laws. Where required, these transfers are carried out using appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
11. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding your personal information, such as the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict its processing, the right to object to processing, the right to data portability, and the right to withdraw consent. Residents of certain regions (for example, the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and California) may have additional rights, including the right not to be discriminated against for exercising them.
To exercise any of these rights, or to request deletion of data associated with the Game, see our Data Deletion page or contact us at contact@thesixthhammer.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
12. Data security
We and our partners take reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
13. Changes to this Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, the services we use, or applicable law. When we do, we will revise the "Effective date" at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this page periodically. Your continued use of the Game after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
